Annual customer survey
For several years running, AcobiaFLUX has undertaken customer surveys to determine how satisfied our customers are with the different facets of our offering.
86 % satisfied customers
Of the customers which were surveyed, 23% were very satisfied – which is our best result ever. 63% of customers were satisfied, and of the remainder, 13% were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. These are great results, but we will of course continue our efforts to make even more of our customers very satisfied.
This is equivalent to a Satisfied Customer Index (NKI) of 4,05 out of 5.

93% of our customers consider themselves very likely or extremely likely to recommend AcobiaFLUX to others.
High-level competence and good service
According to our customers AcobiaFLUX's greatest strength is its high level of competence and knowledge. Our service and support comes in at a close second.
Competent technicians get top marks
The following statements get the highest ratings from our customers:
- Technicians are clever, competent and solve problems in a professional manner.
- Technicians are motivated and give personable service.
- When you try to contact technical support, you receive a sufficiently quick response.
- Client-facing project managers are knowledgeable and competent.
Our customers would like to know more
There is always room for improvement. This year’s survey shows that our customers would like more information to be made available to them via get-togethers, theme days and other customer events – a point which we will strive to improve upon. We will also develop our website and Facebook page in order to broadcast up-to-date information and news.
